What we say:

At A Glance:

The Squier Affinity Series Stratocaster Junior HSS is a rather unique Strat, with a shorter 24" scale and slightly smaller body shape, it's every bit an HSS Stratocaster, but a version that will be more comfortable for players who love a shorter scale length.

Features We Love:

The Iconic Stratocaster

Almost everyone knows what a Stratocaster looks like. It is one of the most famous and popular guitar models ever created and has been used by an endless list of influential players over a number of decades. For many, it is the quintessential electric guitar!

HSS Pickups

The combination of a Humbucker pickup in the bridge position and single coils in the neck and middle is a tried and tested configuration that lets you tap into classic Strat tones while delivering gutsy rock and metal tones thanks to the humbucker. Which makes this guitar extremely versatile and an ideal option for any style of music you want to play.

24" Scale Length

As opposed to the standard Strat's 25.5" scale, the Junior matches the slightly shorter 24" scale length of a Fender Jaguar and Mustang, making it comfortable for younger and more petite players, as well as for anyone who just loves guitars with a shorter scale length.

Who Is It For?

New players, young players and petite players are going to love how this guitar feels and sounds!

Highlights:

  • The shorter and more comfortable scale length
  • A huge range of tones thanks to the HSS pickups
  • Two point tremolo system is great for smooth bends
