What we say:
At A Glance:
The Fender Player II Precision Bass Aquatone Blue builds on the gateway Fender Player series, packing even more value into the iconic P-Bass design. Each element of the guitar has been refined to deliver the very best playing experience, whilst still capturing the essential elements that make it an authentic Fender bass.
Fender’s Precision bass is perhaps the single most significant bass design in history. It all started here! This model, therefore, is a cornerstone of the Player II series.
Features We Love:
Vintage Style Charm for the Modern Player
With its iconic looks and incredible tone, the Player II Precision Bass captures all of the character of a vintage Fender bass. Yet, each element of the guitar has been refined to give the most fluid playing experience possible. From the comfortable neck with rolled fingerboard edges to the jumbo frets and upgraded hardware, the Player II P-Bass surpasses your expectations of what a Fender guitar should be.
Alnico 5 Pickup
Fender have used Alnico 5 magnets for the split-coil pickup design: this model has a slightly hotter than vintage output for more modern styles. Just turn back the volume a little to bring out a more retro tone. Simple and effective, in the classic manner it has always been!
An Incredible Neck
You're going to be blown away by how great this neck feels. Its "C" shaped profile feels substantial in your hand, but is never an obstruction as you work your way up the fingerboard, enhanced by its rolled edges, helping the neck fit even more snugly into your hand. Finally the Jumbo frets help to make each note sing, with even the most tricky licks becoming a breeze to play.
Who Is It For?
A Player who is looking for a great quality bass that can be used to play a range of musical styles.

- Hot Alnico 5 Magnets
