The Collings 470 JL Julian Lage Antiqued Sunburst is the newest take on the stunning signature of modern Jazz guitar hero, Julian Lage. Designed in close collaboration over a number of years with Julian, the 470 JL delivers exactly what he needs and wants in an electric guitar.

The 470 JL is based on the classic singlecut, 2 pickup design, and combines the lightweight, resonant nature of a hollowbody with the stunning sustain of a solid body guitar. Taking this concept as a starting point, Collings have then kitted it out with some choice features as well as providing their superior levels of craft. The 470 JL is rigged with a pair of stunning Ron Ellis Ellisonics pickups with custom adjustable height, to capture every nuance of your playing and deliver that exquisite, articulate Julian Lage tone. It also sports a Bigsby B3 Vibrato for both gorgeous vintage note colouration, and that vintage loose feel that a trapeze style tailpiece (or Bigsby vibrato) provide.
