Acoustasonic Shawbucker Pickup

Tim Shaw is the man responsible for creating a number of outstanding pickups at Fender and this is certainly another fine accomplishment of his. The Shawbucker humbucking pickup achieves an articulated yet balanced tone, delivering a clear and strong signal. The under saddle and internal body sensor complete the astonishing three-pickup system.

5 Pairs of Voices

The 5-way switch allows you to toggle between the outstanding selection of voices, the majority of which have been made especially for the Jazzmaster. The Blend knob lets you move between the A and B voices, meaning there are 10 voices in total. Depending on how far you spin the Blend, you can morph together different amounts of A and B to get that perfect sound to suit any track or live performance.

Waterfall Soundhole

The tuned soundhole with Fender's patented "waterfall" design is key to giving this guitar its acoustic sound. It has been precisely positioned and sized to work with the offset body shape adding another unique element that sets it aside from the other Acoustasonic models.
