The Martin SC-10E is a modern acoustic designed with all the traditional Martin detail. The unique shape provides a comfortable playing experience for anyone while also giving a brand new sound. Martin have appointed this SC-10 with some special wood choices to set it apart and give every player something to admire. A traditional Spruce top and Spruce bracing starts us off, but on the back and sides you'll notice the impressive Koa wood. The bridge and fingerboard are made from 2 very complimentary pieces of ebony and serve to add that high end sparkle to round out the modern sound. What's more this acoustic is fitted with a Fishman MX-T pickup so it sounds just as good plugged in!

Body Design

One of the first things we notice about this acoustic is the striking shape. While we all love the traditional Martin shapes, this modern looking design is a breath of fresh air that is still built with the high quality we expect from Martin. Not only does this guitar have it's own look, the shape offers increased comfort, and feedback rejection making it absolutely superb for live performances.

Sure Align Neck System

By removing the heel, Martin have skilfully given superb access all the way up the neck. All 20 frets can be played with ease making it a great choice for the guitarist who wants to do more than just strum chords. A low profile velocity neck with a high performance taper adds to this effortless playing experience. The neck is also removable which may certainly be of benefit to some players. The result is a revolutionary design that makes playing as enjoyable as it should be.

Fishman MX-T

The Fishman MX-T expands the possibilities of this model even further. Contained within the soundhole, it is neatly housed but easily accessible. The tone produced is rich and natural due to the spruce top. This makes it great for a whole range of styles. It also features a tuner, making life even easier.
