What we say:
At A Glance
This Charvel Pro-Mod DK24 HH HT E Mahogany With Poplar Burl is built with modern players in mind. With its '80s rock heritage firmly at its core this guitar has been about big riffs and fast leads from day one. For the modern guitarist, Charvel has made sure this guitar can keep up. A set of Seymour Duncan pickups let you handle all of rock's greatest riffs, and a sleek maple neck with rolled fingerboard edges mean you can move around at blazing speed. With its natural finish this guitar has a no-frills attitude that is backed up by its tone.
Features We Love:
Seymour Duncan Pickups
The Custom Full Shred in the bridge is a serious pickup that means business. Perfect for modern styles, it articulates your playing well while offering a tight low end and crisp highs. The Custom Alnico II Pro in the neck is a great choice for creamy sounds due to the way it reacts well across all frequencies.
12"-16" Compound Radius
The compound radius gives the best of both worlds. It is comfortable and natural feeling for chords lower down the neck. As you work your way further up the neck for solos and lead parts, you can feel how effortless it is to play those big bends due to the change in radius. Combined with the rolled fingerboard edges this guitar is a dream to play.
Hardtail
In the '80s, Charvel, and in particular Floyd Rose tremolo's all went hand in hand, but sometimes we want something simpler. Charvel has opted for a hardtail design with a set of locking tuners and a GraphTech TUSQ nut. For those who just want to rock out this guitar is for you, with rock solid tuning stability and swift string change time.
Who Is It For?
Classic Charvel playability brought forward with modern looks and specs, perfect for rock, shred, and modern progressive players.
