Back in 1976 the Starcaster was released but it was possibly a bit too 'out-there' for the time. Since then it has seen a resurgence in popularity and has been used by the likes of Johnny Greenwood from Radiohead. The Squier Classic Vibe model brings this quirky guitar to the public at price that won't break the bank. With an offset body and a pair of f-holes, it is a very distinctive instrument. The semi-hollow design means it has great tone when played acoustically; great for practice sessions when you don't want to plug in. When you do want to be amplified the Fender Designed pickups take care of business. As with the rest of the Classic Vibe instruments, the quality is excellent.
