What we say:

At A Glance

The Squier Classic Vibe 60s series captures the spirit of a special and influential decade for music. This Jazz Bass dives right in to this classic era. With a level of quality that far exceeds its price range, it sounds and plays great. A "C" shape neck with a 9.5" radius fingerboard makes it very comfortable and easy to play. The pair of Fender Designed pickups gives an authentic tone and makes it sound as good as it looks. Great for any level of player and versatile enough to play almost any style.

Features We Love:

Classic 60s Look

This Jazz Bass definitely takes its cue from the stylish basses of the 60s. That tortoiseshell pickguard is partnered with a classic colour finish from that era, giving this bass real character and plenty of laid-back cool.

Classic Vibe Series Quality

This series of Squier guitars have been making big waves since they were introduced back in 2008. Many guitarists have found themselves using them as their main instrument for both live performances and recording. Extremely well made and at a very modest price, they are definitely worth considering.

Fender Designed Pickups

You know you are getting top class tone when the pickups have been designed by Fender. That authentic tone is delivered with clarity and power so all of those low end notes cut through in any situation.

Highlights:

  • Great value for money
  • Classic 60s look and style
  • Excellent tones from the Fender Designed pickups

Condition Report

There is a chip in the lacquer on the back of the body at the treble side.

Overall Rating 4.8/5 (10 reviews)

Great bass great sound and Connor at guitarguitar Camden was extremely helpful in ordering the bass and assisting with the set up

Really nice bass, despite being not too much expensive it offers overall a good quality in terms of wood, mechanics, colour and finish. It's really nice to play, the strings I found are not bad at all and there is nothing to envy to an american one.

I like the bass, just one little thing is the volume knob is a bit stuck but no big deal, it can be adjusted. It’s a Chinese squire so I’m not expecting a boutique quality instrument

Colin M. - 21/7/2022

Beautiful bass. I'm a first time player and love the looks and sound of this bass, and it was a good price.
