Schecter’s Reaper is an exotic looking S-type, designed for precision performance with stunning looks.
Starting with Swamp Ash for the body (great for resonance), the Reaper has a dramatic top made of Poplar Burl. The grain on this wood is spectacular, made even more so by the Inferno Burst finish.
A reinforced 5 piece neck is used here, joined to the body in a set-neck fashion. This reverse-headstock design has an Ultra-Thin C profile and a 25.5” scale length. A 14” radius Ebony fingerboard houses 24 extra jumbo frets for a world of precision playing.
A pair of Schecter Diamond Decimator pickups (with a push/pull on the Tone pot) bring a wealth of tones from glassy and slick to punchy and fat.
This attractive and well spec’d guitar will hold its own against anything, sounding great and playing effortlessly as it does so.
