What we say:
At A Glance:
The Taylor Special Edition AD26e Baritone-6 is part of Taylor's American Dream series and delivers a unique tone thanks to it's longer scale length. The American Dream series is named after the shop that birthed Taylor Guitars in 1974, this series takes things back to basics, delivering a high quality, player centric guitar that's big on quality without going over the top in fancy appointments.
Features We Love:
Baritone Scale
With a 27 inch scale length this guitar has a whole new tonal palate ready to be explored. Tuned B to B the lower register of this guitar opens up a wide range of tones that can be perfect for singer songwriters, layering in the studio, or just finding your own unique sound.
All Solid Wood Construction
The AD26e features an all solid wood construction. The solid mahogany top yields a punchy tone with a strong fundamental and clear, direct focus. The solid sapele back and sides pair well with this top by adding brightness and shimmer to that strong initial tone.
Expression 2 System
This is widely recognised as one of the greatest acoustic pickup systems available. It translates every ounce of tone, detail and dynamic from your fingertips, strings and guitar wood. This gives the audience an accurate and fully realistic translation of your performance.
Who Is It For?
The player looking for a unique tone in an acoustic. Perfect for singer-songwriters, studio musicians and more.
