The EMG 81 bridge humbucker is a modern classic loved for its tight and punchy tone that gives your rhythm playing a detailed quality and makes your leads sing beautifully, while the EMG 60 humbucker in the neck pairs wonderfully with this for creamy lead tones, and cleans up wonderfully too or more subtle sounds.
3 Piece Mahogany Neck
With a multi piece neck you get a lot more stability. As each bit of wood is held by the other it offers less chance of movement and creates a stiffer overall construction, this is great for playability and tuning stability which is vital on any instrument regardless of price.
