It's Alder body has been hand picked by us for it's lightness: this plays an important part in the 'airiness' of the tone so it isn't just about weight relief for the player. The finish is New Old Stock Three Tone Sunburst with nitrocellulose lacquer.
New Old Stock (NOS) refers to a Custom Shop term explaining a finishing process that isn’t a Relic but instead simulates a guitar that hasn’t been used at all since it was built decades ago: it has lain in it’s case since it was made and has little to no wear, no scrapes and only the lightest patina of age present in very light discolouration and fading of parts along with a hint of oxidisation of the metal parts.

Body: 3 out of 5 - Instrument has been used and shows evidence of its life in the forms of checking, chips and other superficial wear and tear. Metal parts and hardware may be mildly tarnished or stained and cosmetically imperfect.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: Neck is in really good condition, the body does show signs of use in the form of dents, scrapes, and scratches, with 2 large notable dents/scratches next to the output jack.
