The Class 5 Les Paul bridges the gap between the historic and the modern masterpiece. Loaded with BurstBuckers tuned to the best sound relative to their position, they compliment the thick and weighty mahogany body for a rich and full sound. With gold transparent top hat knobs, nickel hardware and a perfectly fashioned bound rosewood fretboard. The electric guitar has loads of natural sustain from the weight-relieved mahogany back and set mahogany neck with long tenon is accentuated by the Gibson Burstbuckers. Gibson's Custom Shop produces some of the finest electric guitars on earth. Using the best materials money can buy, a staff of skilled luthiers reproduce some of the greatest Gibsons of the past and create stunning new instruments for players and collectors who demand the best.

Neck: 3 out of 5 - The frets have mild wear and/or pitting and may require profiling or replacement in future if the guitar is played extensively, although this work is not required immediately and the guitar plays and frets cleanly at present.
