Since it was first introduced back in 1987, the JEM has been a model synonymous with the legendary virtuoso guitarist, Mr Steve Vai. Featuring the iconic 'Monkey Grip' handle, Tree of Life inlay, HSH pickups and a double locking trem, you have everything you need for a full on shredding experience. The Wizard III neck allows for fast playing and makes it easy to manoeuvre up and down the fretboard. Whether you want to channel your inner Steve and play some songs from Passion and Warfare or are looking for a fully capable guitar, this is certainly ready for action. With the classic JEM looks and excellent playability, this more affordable version brings it to the masses. Thank you Mr Vai!

HSH Configuration
One of the many great features of the JEM is the HSH pickup setup. It allows for a load of versatility, something which can certainly be heard in Vai's playing. From sparkling cleans to crunchy rhythms and articulated solos, these pickups do a great job at covering it all.
Tree of Life Inlay
Decorating the fretboard, the Tree of Life inlay has become a recognisable design that adds both style and elegance. The intricate design marks the traditional fret positions with a larger leaf section. Functional and beautiful!
Double Locking Tremolo
Essential to Vai's sound is the tremolo. Using it to create a whole range of weird and wonderful sounds, he certainly demonstrates what a whammy bar can do to your playing. Even if you only want to use it for some small vibrato, it is great to have it at hand for when you become more adventurous.
