What we say:

At A Glance

The ES-335 is arguably one of Gibson's most iconic guitars and has had the longest continuous production run of any Gibson ES model. You can find it everywhere in music nowadays -jazz, blues, pop, rock... it is an incredibly versatile instrument. This new Studio version from Gibson is ready for the road, studio or wherever else your music may take you. Featuring two Classic 57 pickups you have an amazing tonal base upon which to build your own sound.

Features We Love:

Classic 57 Pickups

Featuring two Classic 57 pickups you have an amazing tonal base upon which to build your own sound. Whether you plan on using a host of pedals, a boutique head or are just plugging straight into a portable combo, these pickups sing like no others.

Classic ES-335 usability

As mentioned above, the pickups in this are amazing but one of the added benefits of an ES-335 is the acoustic sound of the guitar. If you plan on attending a writing session or just want to be heard over some background noise you can do this without an amp. Not only is this a great practical benefit but it is a lovely big sound to listen to.

Maple Centreblock

Adding to the versatility of this guitar is the centreblock. As you may be aware, pickups in a hollowbody can be tricky to use at times, creating unwanted feedback. The centreblock adds that extra level of usability which allows this guitar to hand a variety of genres with ease.

Highlights:

  • Gibson quality construction and finish
  • A great guitar to have by your side for songwriting, live shows and the studio
  • An iconic design ready for modern use
