This iconic instrument has been chosen by many influential artists such as Paul McCartney, Peter Frampton and Noel Gallagher. Crafted in Bozeman, Montana, you can immediately see, feel and hear the quality thanks to the hard work of Gibson's exceptional luthiers. It is constructed from all solid woods and features X-bracing for a strong sound and structural integrity. The LR Baggs VTC pickup opens up even more options and makes this a guitar that can shine through in a variety of situations. Perfect for songwriters, studio musicians and performers alike, the full and rich tones are exquisite. It is easy to understand why this model has become such a classic.

Solid Spruce Top

Hand-Scalloped X Bracing
Essential to the tone and reliability, the X bracing keeps the guitar strong and consistent. This pattern of bracing has been used for a very long time and is a tried and tested method. It is possibly something you don't often think about but it defines the character of the guitar and the Texan certainly has an impressive sound.
LR Baggs VTC Pickup
Well known for their ability to accurately capture acoustic tones, this pickup does an excellent job at making sure that all of the fine details in your playing come though. Volume and tone controls are easily accessible and allow you to make any adjustments on the sly.
