What we say:

At A Glance

Aspiring shredders and fans of gunslinging 80s hard rock should definitely check out this ever-popular and affordable take on Ibanez's most popular shape, the RG. This 350 model is a bit of a classic: 24 frets, locking trem, HSH pickup layout, sharktooth inlays... this is iconic shred on a budget and looks fantastic in white. This is a very solid choice for a guitarist looking for their first locking trem guitar: the price to quality ratio is excellent and, when set up and looked after properly, should maintain tuning stability for a very long time, no matter how mad you get with the whammy bar!

Features We Love:

Wizard III Maple Neck

Ibanez are favoured amongst many rock and metal players due to the thin and flat neck. It provides a fast playing surface and features solid construction. With 24 jumbo frets you have everything you need to get those licks up to speed and travel up and down the neck with ease.

Edge-Zero II Tremolo

An integral part of this guitar, this is exactly what you need for some full on whammy action! Whether you want to add some stylish vibrato or just can't resist a huge dive bomb, you are all set for action.

Classic RG Style

The RG series, originally based on Steve Vai's JEM and Universe models, have been in production since the late 1980s and are a cornerstone on Ibanez's range. RG stands for Roadstar Guitar but it should really stand for Rock God: the sharp lines and aggressive sound make the RG iconic and ready to knock out huge riffs and the most intricate of leads and solos.

Highlights:

  • Perfect for rock and metal
  • Classic RG looks and tones
  • Build to perform with shredders in mind
