Variax® Limited Edition Series guitars offer guitarists the opportunity to own a limited-run instrument that is not only visually striking, but also delivers a wide range of tones and alternate tunings via Variax HD modeling. Each guitar features a unique finish, a Limited Edition insignia, and a numbered neck plate.
The new Limited Edition Onyx offers a translucent-black finish over a flamed-maple veneer top, with matching headstock overlay, black pickguard, black pickup covers, and a black tremolo arm cap.
All of our Limited Edition guitars combine a beautiful custom finish with the same Variax HD sound, superb playability, and unmatched versatility found in all Variax Standard models.

Body: 3 out of 5 - Instrument has been used and shows evidence of its life in the forms of checking, chips and other superficial wear and tear. Metal parts and hardware may be mildly tarnished or stained and cosmetically imperfect.
Neck: 4 out of 5 - The frets are in good order and the instrument plays cleanly and intonates accurately across the fingerboard.
Additional Information: Missing the string trees on the headstock. The previous owner had the edges of the fingerboard scalloped away.
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
