When you listen to a Gibson round-shoulder acoustic, you will notice that it responds exactly to the player's style and technique - powerful one moment, soft and mellow the next. This 1960s J-45 Original offers a period-correct 1 11/16’’ nut width allowing for comfortable fingering in any position along the mahogany neck. The easily-adjusted saddle can be fine-tuned to players' unique string action preference. The new 1960s J-45 Original features double antiqued binding, Grover strap cream button tuners, and our famous white pickguard with hot stamp logo.

This item was appraised as follows:
Body: 4 out of 5 - Item shows some mild and/or minor signs of use such as superficial swirling or hazing to the finish. There are no substantial dings, dents or scuffs which break the finish
Neck: 3 out of 5 - The frets have mild wear and/or pitting and may require profiling or replacement in future if the guitar is played extensively, although this work is not required immediately and the guitar plays and frets cleanly at present.
Additional Information: This Gibson is in good condition. Shows some light signs of use with some light scratches, some small white dots on the finish and small dings but no major damage. Frets have a bit of wear but the guitar is still setup nicely and sounds great.
This guitar has been restrung with D'Addario strings.
