For 2025, we’re expanding our family of U.S.-made, all-solid-wood 12-string guitars with a handful of inspiring new models featuring our comfortable, player-favorite cutaway Grand Auditorium body—a shape that has been underrepresented among our 12-strings in recent years. The Grand Auditorium’s mid-sized dimensions give it a musical versatility that translates well into a 12-string configuration—big enough to produce a full voice with pleasing depth, while also articulate and balanced in a way that showcases the rich octave detail. It also tracks well for recording and fits superbly in a mix with other instruments.

Voiced with our tone-enhancing V-Class bracing, these new models are offered in several wood pairings across four series in our line: the sapele/spruce 300 Series, the Indian rosewood/spruce 400 and 800 Series, and the Honduran rosewood/Adirondack spruce Presentation Series.

Showcasing the elite-tier craftsmanship, tonewoods and appointments that elevate our Presentation Series guitars to the status of true heirloom-quality instruments, the PS54ce embodies the pinnacle of Taylor artistry, performance and playability. Paired together, its premium-grade Honduran rosewood back and sides and an Adirondack spruce top produce a lush, resonant tone with deep lows, sparkling highs and a complex harmonic texture. An exquisite array of iridescent shell details adorns the PS54ce from peghead to lower bout, including mother-of-pearl and paua California Vine inlays, abalone-dot bridge pins and paua purfling. Gotoh 510 antique gold mini tuners help players dial in their preferred sound with remarkable precision, radiused ebony armrest ensures a smooth strumming-arm experience and a rich gloss finish offers a luxurious look and feel.
