On top of the Alder body you'll find a gorgeous two piece quilted maple top. The Natural finish brings out the finer details of the natural wood grain and the figured maple is also a great tonal match for Alder.
HSH Configuraton
When it comes to versatility you can't go wrong with an HSH configuration. You have all the power of two humbuckers in the neck and bridge position, the inbetween tones with the middle single coil, and a push/pull to split the humbuckers gives you glassy cleans, and all the spank you need.
