The hallmark of Cort’s Gold series is the Aged to Vintage (ATV) treatment that allows the Grade A+ solid Sitka spruce top to cure and open up more over time. ATV acts as a torrefaction process, giving the Gold-O6 a big, open tone that’s bright, yet natural with a strong and warm midrange that’s reinforced by the solid Mahogany back and sides. A sonically enhanced UV finish protects both the instrument and tonal quality.

Interesting how I only receive Feefo feedback request when I have left positive feedback for sellers. If guess these requests are generated by the seller at will. The guitar is good at the £500 that I paid for it but I wouldn’t pay much more. There is a good case which helps. Fit and finish are very good. The nut wasn’t cut well so I replaced it. The Grover tuning pegs were a nice surprise. They work very well. The overal finish of the guitar is perfect. The spacious fretboard has a nice quality feel to it. The frets are well finished and the ends are nicely rounded. One fret was high but I was able to bang it in to make it level. The sound of the guitar is nice and mellow.
