Ibanez have pulled out all of the stops here, from the golden body finish, to the golden bridge, humbuckers, knobs and tuners. It gives the impression that the guitar was dipped in molten gold and it looks absolutely incredible.

Incredible Specs

The JS2GD's immaculate appearance is certainly not compensating for a lack of substance, as the specs for this guitar are top of the line. Featuring a lightweight Alder body, a Maple neck, 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard and some amazing hardware such as the Edge double locking tremolo, Gotoh tuners and a set of DiMarzio Satch Track Single coils in the neck and middle position. The bridge position features the DiMarzio FRED humbucker making this the first Joe Satriani signature to feature the HSS configuration since 1993!
