The PIA takes the amazing motifs and flourishes of previous Steve Vai signatures, but adds a whole new layer of elegance and complexity. The PIA Blossom inlay runs the full length of the rosewood fingerboard, giving a striking and artistic visual appeal. The DiMarzio UtoPIA humbuckers run with this motif and incorporate the floral aspects of the design, and the blue powder colour scheme into their construction, giving this guitar a consistent, aesthetic design.
