This Suhr is built to last. These stainless steel frets will not only last a lot longer than nickel frets they'll also play with a silky smoothness every time you pick up the bass.

Roasted Maple Neck

The roasted maple neck on the model may seem like just another modern update but under the surface it's so much more. The roasting of the wood dries it out making it much more stable than standard maple. This is great for any player that travels or experiences substantial climate shifts in their area as roasted maple is less susceptible to movement. Additionally as wood ages it naturally dries out, so this roasted maple has already been pushed along in it's aging process. All together this bass will not only be stable but have it's own sound closer to that of a bass that is already worn in.
