These pickups are overwound for increased output, giving you great midrange bite, chiming highs and tight lows, and letting you really hit that amp hard for some powerful overdrive sounds. These pickups clean up tremendously too, and paired with the Tone Saver Bleed circuit on the volume pot which ensures no loss of high end when you roll off the volume, this guitar is built for any style you can think of.
