What we say:

At A Glance:

The Marshall Bluesbreaker is a period accurate and faithful recreation of an old classic. The original Bluesbreaker pedal released in 1992, and was designed to capture the essence of the legendary Bluesbreaker amp. The components and features have all been authentically and accurately recreated, making this beast an exact recreation of the original.

Features We Love:

Accurate Recreation

Recreations don't get much better than this. The Bluesbreaker has been meticulously recreated, from the components to the features to be as period accurate as possible. Authentic in sound and look.

Incredible Tone

The Bluesbreaker made waves when it was released in 1992, it brought the warm, responsive tones that made the amp so incredible and condensed it into a small pedal. This pedal packs tons of nuance when it comes to tweaking your tone.

Made in the UK

Made in Marshall's famous Bletchley headquarters, the Bluesbreaker follows a strong lineage of Marshall products. Marshall has been constructing quality amps and pedals in Bletchley for over 60 years, and each product that comes out of their headquarters has an exceptional level of quality.

When I see a company that cares, truly cares for their customer, I become loyal.

Outstanding pedal! Better than I expected.

I don’t know much about effects pedals or the terminology around them, but my experience of this pedal after a few days of playing around with it would be this; I play a Strat through a Blues Junior amp, and the Bluesbreaker pedal just seems to add a little dirt to the clean tone without full on distortion. I would say it’s a perfect addition to my set up and I can’t see me looking for any further pedals.

Only 3 knobs but you do not need any more than that. Gives a pure, clear and crunch blues tone. Couple with a TS and you really are cooking! Very faithful reissue of this classic pedal! Should kill the secondhand original market stone dead

Great pedal, although it comes with the same limited gain range of the original. I also have an MXR Duke of Tone, but prefer the Blues Breaker which has a sweeter tone. Interestingly I checked with Marshall and the pedal is not true bypass.
