Seymour Duncan/Dimarzio Combo

A unique combo of pickups echoes the spirit of Charvel brilliantly. When Charvel first started it was all about hot-rodding guitars and this often included mismatched parts. The Seymour Duncan JB is the essential rock humbucker, a powerful and full-sounding low end combined with crisp highs and an upper midrange that offers plenty of clarity as well as crunch.

The Dimarzio Area 67 in the neck has a unique design, using Alnico 2 magnets instead of Alnico 5 magnets you would expect to find in a 60's style strat pickup. Combined with some Dimarzio wizardry the result is a pickup that has less magnet pull on the strings and therefore offers greater sustain without a loss in output! This pickup offers a great classic strat tone with greater sustain and no hum!

Floyd Rose

Like any true 80's guitar it wouldn't be complete without a Floyd Rose Tremolo. Locked at the bridge and at the nut you have incredible tuning stability which is perfect for any heavy-handed player. Being a top-mounted tremolo with no recess makes it the perfect candidate for a D-Tuna if you're looking for quick drop tuning. Of course, it also means you can dive bomb to your heart's content!

Simplicity

If it's finish didn't hint enough, this guitar is meant to be played! A single volume knob with a push/pull function to switch pickups is all you need when you're rocking out. Leaving you to focus on those raunchy riffs, liquid leads, and the deepest of divebombs.
