The Strandberg Fusion NX 6 Alex Machacek Edition, is built to meet the demands of one of guitars most exciting new voices. Designed for the player who prefers low to medium gain settings and music styles this guitar aims to let your voice speak clearly. Building on the success of the original Boden line the Boden NX seeks to retain the magic while improving every little detail. With the same ergonomic design on the body and neck but with new hardware, a more comfortable carving on the body at the neck heel and forearm cut.

The Boden NX also features the new Strandberg Rev7 hardware which offers a tactile, robust feel while also offering quick, easy string height adjustments and improved transfer of tone. Every detail on the NX line has been meticulously designed to improve upon the original Boden line and create a greater playing experience for you, the player!

Ergonomics

Ergonomics have been at the forefront of the Strandberg design ethos since the beginning and it hasn't stopped improving. Continuing to use the unique Strandberg Endurneck profile which features a flat surface providing a more rested feel for the thumb, and encourages a more correct playing position and a straighter more relaxed wrist. Add to this the newly designed neck heel and you can experience every inch of this unique and comfortable neck. Ergonomics don't stop there though, the body lends itself to multiple different playing positions and the new forearm carve offers even greater comfort.

Alex Machacek Pickups

Designed to excel at low to medium gain settings these pickups offer a huge range of versatility. Alex Machacek has a unique voice and it has influenced these pickups not only to suit him but to offer classic humbucker and single coil tones for all players. Clear, articulate and able to translate every nuance of your playing.

Rev7 Hardware

Innovation has long been part of the Strandberg brand and as innovative as their hardware has been they still strive to improve with each iteration. Still made from aircraft grade aluminium to retain the unique acoustic sound of the Boden that is; clear, organic, and balanced with a fast and articulate pick attack. The Rev7 hardware also now features a self-locking mechanism in the bridge pieces, this provides a more robust design, improved tone transfer, and serves to make string height adjustments even easier. The newly re-designed hardware coupled with classic tonewoods provides a warm, woody tone, that maintains tightness and punch all while providing a balanced touch sensitive feel.
