Thanks to an advanced wavetable synthesis engine, features such as 3 Oscillators, dual Wave Mutators and 2 filters can be used to their full potential by being configured in series or parallel. Adding in Ashun Sound Machines's Envelopes and Arpeggiator, this just keeps getting better and better.

8 Voices
Keeping with the Hydrasynth standards, the small but mighty Explorer offers an 8 voice advanced wavetable synthesis. Not being limited by its size, this gives you plenty of options for smooth backing track elements or striking melody hooks.
PolyTouch Keybed
With its polyphonic aftertouch functionality, the PolyTouch 37-note mid sized keys provide a familiar feel that can be used to bring out every little nuance of your playing.
Take it Anywhere
The Hydrasynth Explorer can be powered by its included power supply but what about when plug space is limited or not an option? Thankfully, it can also be powered by 8 x AA batteries, making it a great choice for creating or performing in less traditional environments.
