The Alvarez Yairi CY75CE Standard Series Classical Electric in Natural Gloss is a passionately hand crafted guitar from Japan. The Yairi line, named after master luthier Kazuo Yairi, is built in the small Japanese town of Kani by a team of passionate and experienced luthiers. Alvarez have been producing classical style guitars since the 1960's, this has allowed them to develop and design some of the best sounding guitars you can buy today.

Quality Seasoned Tonewood
With years of experience behind them the luthiers at the Yairi factory have found that tonewood works and sounds best when it's been seasoned naturally for 5-15 years. So you know when you pick up your Yairi the wood has spent a great deal of time seasoning naturally in the beautiful climate of Kani.
Hand Built
A phrase that is used less and less often in this day and age, the Alvarez Yairi line sticks to tradition with every guitar being hand crafted by passionate luthiers. With Hand carved necks, carefully shaved bracings and precisely tuned tops.
LR Baggs Electronics
With such a high quality guitar, it's only right that it features world class electronics. The CY75CE features an LR Baggs StagePro and Element pickup system. This gives you a side mount preamp, EQ, and chromatic tuner in a clean sleek look. Alongside the 3 band EQ is an option for Phase Inversion as well as a Garnett Null Notch Filter which all help to produce a clear warm sound.
