The Alvarez Yairi CY75 Standard Series Classical in Natural Gloss is a passionately hand crafted guitar from Japan. The Yairi line, named after master luthier Kazuo Yairi, is built in the small Japanese town of Kani by a team of experienced luthiers. Alvarez have been producing classical style guitars since the 1960's, this has allowed them to develop and design some of the best sounding guitars you can buy today.

Quality Seasoned Tonewood
With years of experience behind them the luthiers at the Yairi factory have found that tonewood works and sounds best when it's been seasoned naturally for 5-15 years. So you know when you pick up your Yairi the wood has spent a great deal of time seasoning naturally in the beautiful climate of Kani, Japan.
Hand Built
A phrase that is used less and less often in this day and age, the Alvarez Yairi line sticks to tradition with every guitar being hand crafted by passionate luthiers. With hand carved necks, carefully shaved bracings, and precisely tuned tops.
Gotoh Tuners
Maintaining that Japanese quality and attention to detail, the CY75 comes with Gotoh Tuners. Some of the highest quality tuners on the market, and matching the same passion Alvarez pour in to all their guitars.
