After seeing a very limited Custom Shop release of what was arguably one of the most famous models Gibson has launched so far this decade, this new Standard version sets to make the iconic guitar of the Tool axe man more accessible but still fully delivers the goods in every aspect. With a superb pairing of humbuckers (one chrome-covered and one uncovered of course) and new headstock artwork all rolled into the clean Antique Silverburst aesthetic Jones is known for, you have a guitar that toes the line between classic and modern.

Adding to the distinctive look of this guitar, we have the chrome-covered BurstBucker 1 in the neck position and an uncovered DC High-Gain humbucker in the bridge. This pair allows for great distorted tones as well as clear and subtle clean sounds; exactly what you'd expect from the tonal range of a guitarist such as Adam Jones who needs to traverse the many sounds used on songs such as Parabola and Forty Six & 2.
