Really useful clean boost and so cheap. It looks robust and I am waiting to experiment with it in my set up. Information about the power required was clear.

For such an affordable pedal this is one of my favourite overdrive/distortion pedals and I don't have any others that sound quite like it. Apparently it is supposed to be modelled on and mimic the sound of a Dumble "Steel Singer" amplifier. I wouldn't have a clue if it does or doesn't because I have never played one of them, but what I will say is that this pedal creates a massive and wide overdrive sound but never sounds harsh. I have been unable to actually get a bad sound from it no matter where I set the dials. The filter takes the sound from a really deep low growl through to stinging treble and is very useful. It also responds well to backing off the volume on the guitar as a proper amp should. With an overdrive on low gain in front of it on a board it goes into another dimension. As with the other Nux pedal I bought the footswitch is a really "clacky" one that takes a firm press to operate it.

Very decent smooth overdrive. I tend to find that these types of pedals don't stack very well, but excellent into a nice clean amp.

This is a good, cheap tube screamer. Not a 'dumble amp clone' or anything sophisticated like that. Loads of mids, very little low end etc. Switch is quite loud, but the thing was L29, you can't expect luxury.
