The Laney Cub Super 10 is an all valve, Single Ended Class A boutique style amp that will churn out 6 watts of pure dynamic tube tone through it’s single 10” HH custom design speaker. It is perfect for an authentic tube tone at home and sounds even better when cranked in the studio!

Economic Control Panel

Like all the cool vintage amps that came before it, the Laney Cub Super10 makes use of a simple and straight forward control layout. Individual Volume and Gain bookend the 3 band EQ selection while a dedicated boost is found on the right hand side.

Boost!

The Boost knob and switch will act like kicking in your favourite boost pedal in front of the amplifier! Dialing in more Boost will have the effect of pushing a clean amp into warm tube clipping or naturally compressing an already clipping amplifier. This can be activated with an optional foot switch too.

Single Ended Class A

Single ended power output stages are probably the simplest form of power amplifier design and usually used for relatively small amplifiers, usually less than 15W. A Single E can only operate cleanly in Class A mode and produce an output rich in even harmonic distortion!
