What we say:

At A Glance

Being part of the SA series from Ibanez, the usual high quality fusion of comfort, tone and sustain is delivered on the SA360NQM. The 3-D shape is showcased beautifully by the Sapphire Blue finish on the quilted maple top. A 5 way switch offers up a range of tonal options with the HSS pickup configuration. A T102 tremolo bridge gives you a solid piece of hardware which can handle your tremolo needs. All together, this produces a guitar which represents great value for money and is perfectly suited to the rock player who is looking for a versatile and well made instrument.

Features We Love:

Resolution/Quantum Pickups

The H-S-S pickup configuration is a classic and versatile choice. It gives you the chunk and bite of a humbucker (provided here by the Quantum) and the silky smooth tones of the single coils (Resolution). This makes the guitar able to cover a number of styles and genres. A great choice if you want to play more than just the heavy stuff.

Jatoba Fretboard

Providing an excellent base for your fingers is the Jatoba fretboard. Also known as Brazilian Cherry, it has a reddish brown colour and delivers a rich tone which compliments the overall sound of the guitar.

Quilted Maple Top

Looks aren't everything but it certainly helps to have a guitar that you won't quickly get bored of. The quilted maple top on this model adds a subtle touch of elegance. Not garish and not plain, just perfectly in between.

Pros:

  • Ibanez build quality
  • Excellent value for money
  • A range of tones on offer

Customer reviews

Overall Rating 5/5 (2 reviews)

This is my second ever electric guitar, my first one was an Ibanez from 30 years ago. It is the overall feel and build quality compared compared to a few other guitars I tried in the shop that brought me back to this. I was also blown away by the colour, it’s just stunning.
