The Blue Chameleon finish offers a beautiful colour transition from blue down to purple while the Gibraltar bridge provides excellent tuning stability. The Fishman Fluence pickups bring amazing tone and the voicing switch adds a whole other level of versatility (see below for further info). With all this available on one guitar, it is a very impressive effort from Ibanez.

Fishman Fluence Pickups

If these pickups had to be described in two words, it would be powerful and aggressive. Perfect for the modern metal player, these pickups have been created with all of the big fast riffs and roaring solos in mind. All sounds are produced with excellent clarity free of hum and noise. If you haven't tried these pickups before then you are in for a pleasant surprise.

Fishman Fluence Voicing Switch

As well as the excellent aforementioned pickups, the voicing switch opens up even more tonal possibilities. As these pickups are voiced mainly for the modern style, engaging this switch opens them up to create a tamer and cleaner sound. It might only seem like a fun add on but once you hear how good it sounds, you may be surprised to find these tones also becoming part of your regular tonal arsenal.

Gotoh Locking Tuners

The Gotoh MG-T locking tuners look very classy but the real benefit is their performance. String changes are quick and easy and tuning stability is excellent. All the fast riffs and hard strumming can cause some issues on lower end guitars but with these on your side, you will be in tune for all those essential licks.
