The VideoMic Pro+ has been designed specifically for use with camcorders, DSLR cameras and portable recorders. Its light weight makes it an unobtrusive addition to your set up, especially when mounted to your camera, while the Rycote Lyre suspension system prevents unwanted rumble transferred to the mic. VideoMic Pro+ can also be used as a boom mic or mounted on a stand for studio use and vlogging.

To combat this the VideoMic Pro+ features a set of controls to tailor your audio for each situation. Including a 2-Stage high pass filter to reduce low frequency rumbling, a high frequency boost to enhance detail and clarity, a 3-Stage gain control to improve audio quality on certain cameras, and a Safety Channel to prevent spiking from unexpected loud noises.

Got The Power

To save from draining your cameras battery life, the VideoMic Pro+ can either be powered via two AA batteries or the included RØDE LB-1 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery, or via a Micro USB cable.
