What we say:
At A Glance
The Eastman AC622ce is a professional electro acoustic guitar with an exquisite look. Eastman is committed to their craft, and has been for 25 years. Each guitar is gone over by hand to ensure that their passion and obsession for quality come through in the final product. With fantastic-looking solid woods, high-class electronics, and a great deal of work by hand, Eastman is able to produce some professional results that speak for themselves.
Features We Love:
Solid Tonewoods
When it comes to a great-sounding acoustic guitar the tone starts with the woods. Eastman has made sure this guitar is built with a solid European Spruce top and solid Flamed Maple back and sides. These woods provide a stiff durable foundation for the instrument while also singing with the resonance you need to be heard when you play.
LR Baggs Element Pickup
The guitar is equipped with an LR Baggs Element VTC pickup system, which offers an accurate and transparent capture of the guitar's tone. The controls for the pickup are hidden inside the edge of the soundhole, meaning that there are no unsightly control panels on the body of the guitar. It has the appearance of a traditional acoustic guitar, with all of the benefits of a modern electro-acoustic, truly the best of both worlds.
Hand Scalloped Bracing
Careful attention to detail from a skilled luthier is hard to beat in any case when it comes to guitars. Eastman ensures that handmade quality is reflected in their guitars. Every piece of wood is different and each acoustic from Eastman has hand scalloped bracing and is tap tuned to perfection. So when you pick up an acoustic you know it's been meticulously crafted to be the best it can be.
Intricate Detailing
To really set this guitar apart Eastman has gone the extra mile with the details. Along with the fantastic-looking Flame Maple back and sides we have an intricate maple leaf inlay across the fretboard. These inlays don't go overboard while offering a fascinating look. To finish off this guitar's premium performance and aesthetic is a side port that not only adds a professional look but adds an extra air of sound.
Who Is It For?
Any player looking for a premium well crafted, versatile, and reliable acoustic. Each Eastman is tuned by hand for its woods to deliver the best sound it can.
