Pads and Inputs

The 13 velocity-sensitive silicone rubber pads have been arranged to make the most out of the HandSonic's compact size. With a selection of different sized pads which are ultra-sensitive, the HandSonic feels natural and responsive. The HandSonic is also compatible with hi-hat control pedals which can be used for opening and closing hi-hat sounds and features a trigger input that is compatible with most modern drum pads and triggers, these really make the HandSonic an instrument that's easy to slot into any drum or percussion set up.

D-Beam

Roland's D-Beam technology has been featured on most of their modern flagship synthesizers and keyboards. This light-sensitive controller allows for hand movements to affect specified parameters. This could be momentary bursts of delays or reverb, changes to pitch or for bringing in modulation effects.
