Bass players - your time has come! We are thrilled to announce that we have teamed up with the German wizards of Sandberg to bring you an exclusive clinic with the fantastic Yolanda Charles!
Meet The Artist
Yolanda Charles MBE is an internationally renowned bassist and songwriter. She has worked with artists such as Hans Zimmer, BB King, Mick Jagger and Eric Clapton to name a few. On top of an outstanding career as a session musician, Yolanda has recently gone into a solo artist career, formed a couple of new projects with guitarist Nick Linnik (Project pH and Instra_Mentals) and started her own record label. Charles has been very active in the educational sector as both a private tutor and international music university lecturer.
The Sandberg Clinic
During our Sandberg clinics, Yolanda will be accompanied by her guitarist Nick Linnik. The pair will perform a few songs together, followed by a fun evening of workshop activities, exploring techniques and tips for bass players, chat about the history of Sandberg basses and some cool anecdotes from Yolanda’s career as a session bassist.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, take photos, buy Yolanda’s recent album and get it signed!
Bonus of the night will be a live prize draw: one lucky attendee will win a brand new Sandberg Electra TT bass!

Our Sandberg Bass Clinics with Yolanda Charles will take place at guitarguitar Glasgow on Thursday the 20th of February at 7:00 pm and last approximately 1.5 hours.
