When the veil between worlds grows thin and spooky creatures lurk in the fog-strewn autumn streets, it can mean only one thing: Halloween is nigh! And no place celebrates the dark part of the year quite like Scotland with its ghostly history and superstitious narratives. Thus may we present to you a guitarguitar Glasgow exclusive - a screening of the horror movie classic, 1922 Nosferatu with a live score performed on site!

Have we got your full attention yet? Good because what you’re about to witness in the premises of our flagship guitar store will be a night to remember.
On the very night of Halloween - or Samhainn as we call it here in Scotland - our Glasgow store will turn into a cinema, screening the original 1922 silent movie classic Nosferatu. To make it an experience out of this world, we have invited the highly acclaimed Gladstone’s Bag - an orchestral music group specialising in playing scores for silent films. Gladstone’s Bag will play a live score accompaniment to Nosferatu, using our phenomenal Yamaha piano as the key instrument of their soundtrack. With a musical score that could make the dead rise you’re guaranteed a once-in-a-lifetime Halloween party. Speaking of a party, we highly encourage you dear attendees to dress up - after all, ‘tis a night of guising and trick-or-treating. Fear not, dressing up is not mandatory.
Oh did we mention this screening almost coincides with the upcoming launch of Nosferatu’s remake? We didn’t know that when we planned this. Feeling goosebumps yet?...

This is a seated event and tickets are free but required in order to attend.
