We’re Having a Birthday Party! And you’re invited!
Guitarguitar officially turns 20 years old today! First off, we’d all like to collectively say a sincere and heartfelt thank you to you for your continued support throughout the past two decades. You’ve helped us reach this milestone by getting your gear from us of course, but you’ve also helped by telling us what you love, what you don’t and what you’d like to try. No company gets to the ripe old age of 20 without that level of support. Thank you.
So yeah, let’s celebrate, eh?
Having a birthday is fun: having a birthday month is funner. We’re doing stuff throughout June (actually all year but let’s not complicate this) with lots of different events planned for you! Get ready to clear your diary, because there is nowhere else to be this June!

Join Us
This weekend, you might want to find yourself casually strolling past your nearest guitarguitar, because it’s party time! Every guitarguitar store will be having its own birthday soiree, and if you are reading this, then consider yourself cordially invited!
We’ll have refreshments (did someone say cake?) and free swag on hand, as well as some exclusive limited edition merch for sale. There will be special offers to be had, and a generally light level of mayhem as we giddily enjoy our birthday with you. Don’t miss out: it’s this weekend, 1st & 2nd June!
Pre-Owned Weekend
We’re holding special Pre-Owned events at every guitarguitar location on the weekend of 8th & 9th June. These Pre-Owned events are where we stuff each store full to bursting with excellent pre-owned gear, from guitars to amps to pedals and more. We run Manager’s Special deals too, so you never know what kinds of bargains can be had unless you visit us!
These Pre-Owned events are always popular, so whether you’re a-buying or a-selling, get down to your local gg for a great time!
Free Restring in Every Store
You and I both know that your guitar sounds better with a nice fresh set of decent strings on it. We don’t need to debate that, so make sure you get your name on the list nice and early for our Restring event, because spaces are limited!
Each store is holding its event on a different day, so do click through to the link before and get thoroughly knowledged up! Hey, this is for a free restring with D’Addario XS strings, people! It’s well worth heading down for!

20 Days of Deals!
Who doesn’t love a deal? Exactly, no hands raised: everyone loves a special deal, and we’ll have 20 of them (do you see a theme appearing here?) for you throughout the month of June. These are all limited deals, and when stock is gone, it’s unlikely to be repeated, so time is of the essence!
What are deals? Well, you’ll just have to wait and see, won’t you? We don’t want to overwhelm you this early in the month, so keep an eye on the site from Monday 3rd because that’s when this all kicks off! We’ll be emailing the deals as they drop too, so if you haven’t already signed up for our newsletter, then it feels like now is the opportune moment!
