Is synth at the core of your musical creativity? Do you love experimenting with sound but think you could do with a little bit of guidance?
Look no further. We’re offering a special Roland synth workshop crafted to all of you who are endlessly looking for ways to reinvent your sound! Roland Expert Michael will be available for a 1-to-1 interactive lesson using one of Roland’s most user-friendly synths: the GAIA 2. Michael will show you all the tricks and tips you need in order to bring all your musical visions to life.
GAIA 2 opens the door to an infinite universe of inspired sound creation. Armed with a powerful hybrid engine that combines wavetable and virtual analog synthesis, you will be able to quickly grasp the basics before rocketing into uncharted sonic territory. However, what you’ll learn during our workshop can be applied to any subtractive synth, not just the GAIA 2!
The Details
Our Roland Expert Michael Hamilton will host a special sound design workshop day at guitarguitar Glasgow Digital Store on Saturday the 4th of May.
You will have a chance to watch, listen and learn as he demonstrates the GAIA 2 synth and then try your new tricks under his guidance.
This event will take place throughout the store opening times (10am - 5:30pm). Walk-ins are welcome, however we cannot guarantee a time slot therefore we strongly advise booking in advance as these events tend to be in high demand!
How To Book
All you need to do to book is phone our Glasgow store on 0141 552 9896 ahead of the day and choose your 30 min slot at the most convenient time. Michael will tailor the lesson to your level so even if you’re a complete novice, don’t worry we’ve got you covered.
