Voted ‘Best New Guitarist’, ‘Best Blues Guitarist’ and 'Best Pop Guitarist' in successive years by the readers of Guitarist Magazine, Chris Buck has established his position amongst the best in business. If that wasn’t enough, his new band Cardinal Black’s debut album, ‘January Came Close’, has already conquered top charts in the UK.
It’s safe to say Chris is one of the most tastefully melodic guitarists to emerge in the last decade, incorporating chordal style with intricate lead parts. Peer admiration in the industry speaks volumes, with names such as Adrian Smith, Bernie Marsden and most prominently, Slash, all giving this Welsh blues-rocker highest praise.
The Details
We are excited to announce Chris Buck will be joining us for a clinic in our Epsom store on the 23rd November at 7:30 PM. Chris will be chatting about his live rig, including his go-to gigging guitar Yamaha Revstar as well as Line 6 Helix. You can expect an evening packed with a plethora of useful guitar techniques as well as tips and tricks using the Line 6 Helix multi-effects processor. You’ll be able to watch, listen and learn, as well as ask questions to help you level up your own playing. This event is free but spaces are limited so book yours quick. This one’s not to be missed!
