Synths, beats, samples… love making noise? Then feel invited!

With expert demonstrators on hand to showcase the newest innovations from Yamaha, a Discovery Day is an event for players at all stages of their musical journeys: from seasoned pros to enthusiastic beginners. 

Yamaha’s latest MODX+ is front and centre of this synthesizer Discovery Day in which musicians can also learn about Yamaha’s CP stage pianos and YC stage keyboards. Powered by two Synthesizer engines (AWM2 and FM-X) the new MODX+ series builds on its predecessor with added features that make it even greater value and bring it closer to the flagship Montage.

The Details

Yamaha Artist and acclaimed songwriter/session keyboard player, Luke Juby, will host the Discovery Day at guitarguitar Glasgow on the 18th November. Luke has worked with many artists including Leona Lewis, Olly Murs and Little Mix, and has just finished a worldwide tour with The Script. Luke can also be seen and heard on the UK and US X Factors and Britain’s Got Talent, both in front of and behind the camera. Alongside this Luke also works with Yamaha, helping test and develop new instruments. You will have a chance to watch, listen and learn as he demonstrates the synths, as well as book a one-to-one session with Luke on the day.

This event will take place throughout the shop opening times (10am - 5:30pm) so all you need to do is just drop-in!
