Les Pauls and Strats may get a lot of the limelight, but has there ever been a guitar more synonymous with rock than the humble Butterscotch Tele? Strapped across players such as Keef and The Boss, the blonde twang machines are a powerful statement indeed, both visually and sonically. In fact, despite all the modern features and finishes we have available, they remain some of our most popular instruments. Its true what they say y'know, you cannot beat the classics and the tantalising twang of a Telecaster is one of those guitar sounds that will always have a place in our hearts. The no nonsense, straight forward engineering of Telecasters has kept them favourites since they were first introduced in the '50s and we're huge believers that every guitarist should have (at least) one in their collection. How to enter
This month we are giving away a beautiful Butterscotch Blonde Tele to one of you lucky rockers who comes through our doors. To enter, simply visit any of our stores and speak to a member of staff who'll give you a ticket to fill in. Then, pop it into the competition box and keep your fingers crossed!
